Expansion for Asian Casino Games
The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City has significantly expanded its gaming floor. With an additional 25,000 square feet—equivalent to approximately 2,300 square metres—the casino is specifically targeting players who prefer Asian table games. The new area is fully themed and offers a blend of traditional games, upscale amenities, and personalized service.
Game Offerings Focused on Asian Classics
The new section features 51 gaming tables offering classics such as Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, and Tiles. The offering is further enhanced by five private gaming salons and an exclusive high-limit area with its own bar. A multilingual host team ensures personalized service—an important feature especially for guests from the Asian market.
New Dining Options and Modernized Ambience
With the introduction of the “Noodles” restaurant, Borgata has launched a pan-Asian dining concept that aligns both visually and gastronomically with the new design. The centrally located B Bar has also been updated and now offers a modern atmosphere for drinks and conversation—right in the heart of the gaming action.
Design with Cultural Symbolism
The design of the new area was created by the renowned design studio KNA Design. Traditional Asian patterns, warm colour palettes, and high-end woodwork were used. The goal was to create an environment that reflects both elegance and cultural depth. Symbolic elements such as motifs of good fortune and intricate craftsmanship emphasize the premium character of the space.
Part of a Comprehensive Strategy
With this expansion, Borgata’s total gaming floor now spans 161,000 square feet (approximately 15,000 square metres). In addition, 106,000 square feet (approximately 9,850 square metres) are available for events and conferences. This solidifies Borgata’s position as one of Atlantic City’s leading premium casinos.
Our Assessment
Borgata’s expansion is a strategic move to better appeal to discerning audiences—especially players with a preference for Asian table games. The combination of exclusive gaming options, high-end design, and personalized service is likely to attract high rollers in particular. The addition of new dining options is also a thoughtful enhancement. For you as a player, this means more variety, more comfort, and an even more immersive casino experience.
